- Calls to our dedicated telephone helpline will always receive a fast response and one of our support engineers will always provide the support and help that you need.
- In addition to the telephone help line, less urgent support requests can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We are proud to offer our support from internal company resources and do not use third parties to handle calls from our customers.
- The majority of calls are resolved remotely without the need for an engineer to visit a customer’s site, but when an on-site call is necessary, we have engineers based in various locations to enable a timely response.
- Our support, together with regular updating of our customer’s Easitill software is covered by a licence fee, which is payable annually or on an ongoing monthly basis.
